Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
AxelHired is a product operated by Sharpe Holdings Private Limited (CIN: U64990DL2026PTC465891; PAN: ABTCS5673C), a private limited company incorporated on 24 April 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 440-A, 4th Floor, 12, Ajit Singh House, Yusuf Sarai C, Green Park, New Delhi, South West Delhi — 110016, India (referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By creating an AxelHired account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AxelHired automates job applications across supported job boards and applicant-tracking systems. You authorise us to submit applications on your behalf using the résumé, profile, and credentials you provide, subject to the daily caps shown in your dashboard.
3. Honest representation policy
We do not fabricate experience, employers, certifications, or any other claim on your behalf. Résumé tailoring is restricted to selecting and re-ordering from blocks you have provided. You are responsible for the truthfulness of every piece of content in your profile.
4. Acceptable use
- One account per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Do not use AxelHired to apply on behalf of someone else without their explicit written authorisation.
- Do not attempt to circumvent daily caps, rate limits, or our anti-abuse systems.
- Do not upload résumés you do not own the rights to.
5. Third-party platform risk — please read carefully
The job boards and applicant-tracking systems we interact with (Workday-hosted career sites, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and — via our Chrome extension and your stored login — Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed, Apna, Internshala) are operated by independent companies subject to their own terms of service. Most of these platforms' terms prohibit automated submission of applications. By providing us with credentials to those platforms, you accept the risk that the platform operator may detect our usage and suspend or terminate your account on that platform. We mitigate this risk through human-like pacing and rate limits, but we cannot eliminate it.
We have no commercial relationship with these platforms and cannot intervene if your account is suspended. If you are unwilling to accept this risk, do not provide credentials for that platform; you can still use AxelHired with the platforms where you are comfortable accepting the risk. We will surface this warning again in the product when you add credentials for the first time.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed via Razorpay. The full refund process, money-back guarantee terms, eligibility, refund windows, and cancellation policy are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Where the Refund & Cancellation Policy and these Terms conflict on a payment-related question, the Refund & Cancellation Policy governs.
7. Disclaimers
AxelHired is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome. Application success rates depend on résumé quality, market conditions, and platform behaviour outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to: (a) our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) any liability we cannot lawfully exclude under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; (c) refunds owed to you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy; or (d) personal injury or fraud.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time from Settings. We will provide you with at least 7 days' written notice before suspending or terminating your account for breach of these Terms, including the reason and an opportunity to cure where the breach is curable. We may suspend immediately without notice only where (a) we have a reasonable belief that immediate suspension is necessary to prevent harm to other users, our infrastructure, or the integrity of third-party platforms, or (b) we are required to do so by law or court order. In all other cases we will give notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — including the right under §35 to approach a District Commission at your place of residence or work — the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any other disputes arising under these Terms.
